1. 2007 Board of Governors Election Results:

The certified results of the election were received by the Board.

2. Nomination and Election of the 2007-2008 President of The Missouri Bar:

Mr. Matthew M. Mocherman nominated Charlie J. Harris. Ms. Cutler and Mr. Burke seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Harris was elected by acclamation.

At this point, Mr. Harris took the chair.

3. Nomination and Election of the 2007-2008 President-Elect of The Missouri Bar:

Mr. Thomas J. Casey nominated Thomas M. Burke. Messrs. Wulff and Gallas seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Burke was elected by acclamation.

4. Nomination and Election of the 2007-2008 Vice President of The Missouri Bar:

Mr. P. John Brady nominated Mr. Skip Walther. Ms. Vogel and Mr. Bergmanis seconded the nomination. Ms. Dana Tippin Cutler nominated Wallace Squib. Messrs. Lasley and Wulff seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and an election was held. Mr. Walther was elected.

5. Caucus and Election of the District Members of the Executive Committee:

At this point, the Board briefly recessed so that members from the three districts of the Court of Appeals could caucus and elect district members to the Executive Committee. The Board reconvened and the following results were announced: Western District—Mr. John S. Johnston; Southern District— Mr. W. Edward Reeves; Eastern District—Mr. Eric J. Wulff .

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
