Law Practice Management Center

If you’re practicing law today, chances are you’re also running a business. Legal practice requires a strong grasp of computer systems, personnel issues, marketing, and many other business topics. In fact, the business details of running a law firm can be overwhelming.

The Law Practice Management Information Center can help. A member service of The Missouri Bar, LPM provides a variety of services to help you manage your law office. Here are just a few:

· Answers to your questions. Have a question about managing your practice? Call us. We can help or provide research services.

· Resources for launching a new practiceContact us for a packet of information and helpful resources. You may also review our helpful checklist or read an online article about important information to consider before starting a new practice.

· The PMA Pipe - an RSS feed that contains tips from the ABA Practice Management Advisors' blogs from all around the country.

· Practice Management Continuing Legal Education. Practice management programs are offered periodically as a joint effort with the Bar’s CLE Department. We can also design and present CLE programs at local bar association meetings and other similar gatherings.
