Ms. Theresa A. Appelbaum received her B.A. in History from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, summa cum laude, and her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law, magna cum laude. She is a member of The Hullverson Law Firm in St. Louis, Missouri. She has authored Burden of Proof, Evidence, 5th Ed. (2005), Missouri Bar CLE Desk Book on Evidence, Chapter 3, and has lectured and written articles for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. Louis University School of Law in Trial Advocacy. |
