Mr. Eggmann is with Lathrop & Gage, LLP in its Clayton office as a partner in the bankruptcy department. He focuses his practice representing both debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Eggmann has served as attorney for Chapter 7 trustee and attorney for the unsecured creditors committee in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings; he has also served as trial counsel on general commercial litigation matters as well as counsel to various lending institutions in complex lending transactions.
Mr. Eggmann is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification since 1995.
