Mr. Roubal received his B.S. degree and his J.D. degree from Creighton University in 1996 and in 1999, respectively. He is a partner with the firm of Baird, Lightner, Millsap & Harpool, P.C. in Springfield. Mr. Roubal practices mainly in the areas of transactional corporate law and business litigation. His transactional practice concentrates on a wide variety of real estate matters, corporate formation, lending and other general corporate issues. His practice also centers on business litigation, including contract disputes, non-competes and other business-related matters. Mr. Roubal is the author of "Protecting Suppliers of Safe Component Parts and Raw Materials Through the Component Part Doctrine and Sophisticated Purchases Doctrine: In re Temporomandibolar Joint (TMJ) Implants Products Liability Litigation," published in the Creighton Law Review in 1998. |
