Decided, Not Decided, and Yet to Come: MARA v. DOLIR and the Future of Workers Compensation Claims
Missouri Alliance for Retired Americans, et. al., v. DOLIR and pending cases may drastically effect how workers compensation and employer tort liability interact in the future. This program, featuring lawyers who were directly involved in that case, will focus on what was behind that lawsuit, what the decision did and did not do and its future implications, as well as a look at other pending lawsuits challenging provisions of the 2005 workers’ compensation statute that are making their way to Missouri’s appellate courts.
