PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Vienna is in the process of requesting qualifications for the position of City Attorney.

It is the policy of the City to negotiate contracts based on qualifications.

Specifications pertaining to the position of City Attorney, as well as criteria to be used in evaluating the qualifications of firms submitting proposals, are available at City Hall, 424 Eighth Street, Vienna, Missouri 65582.

The professional attorney services purchased will be from the firm, which in the opinion of the City, is best qualified.

Contact Vienna’s City Clerk for a copy of the RFQ via email, cityclerk@viennamo.gov. Proposals must be received no later than 3:30 pm, November 3, 2025, in the office of the City Clerk.

Please mark ‘City Attorney Proposal’.

Please provide seven copies for distribution to the Board members.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to request additional information.
