The Greene County Juvenile Office has nearly 100 employees working together to provide best practices, progressive, and trauma-informed care to the youth and families that engage the Juvenile Office and/or Juvenile Court. The attorneys work with deputy juvenile officers and support staff to determine legal sufficiency for both delinquency and child abuse and neglect cases. The attorneys then go on to handle all legal aspects of those cases from filing to court appearances, contested hearings and appeals.
We are looking for an attorney with at least two years of litigation experience to focus on contested matters relating to either juveniles that have committed law violations or children that have been removed from the home due to parental abuse or neglect as well as termination of parental rights hearings.
