Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in estate planning and transactional law. Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply. Because our firm does not accept contested matters, there is rarely any need for court appearances.

The starting range for this position's annual compensation is $80,000 to $100,000 and may be increased based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys in a supportive team-oriented environment.
- Play a pivotal role in the preparation and execution of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Participate actively in client meetings, consultations, and negotiations.
- Stay informed of legal developments and ensure compliance with state laws.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Missouri and in good standing, or the ability to obtain the same.
- Between 0 and 5 years of relevant experience in estate planning and transactional law.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
