Qualifications: Must be a current member of The Missouri Bar or eligible for licensure in the State of Missouri.

Duties: This position includes handling all aspects of diversion involving moderately complex, low-level felonies, including some victim crimes, representing the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Review charging reports to identify participants for all diversion programming
• Investigate applicants by reviewing evidence, official reports, and web sources
• Explain programming to witnesses and victims to solicit input
• Make eligibility determinations
• Communicate with defense attorneys and judges at all program stages
• Work closely with Case Managers to oversee participant progress
• Attend Treatment Court staffing as part of a holistic team
• Conduct Treatment Court termination hearings
• Occasional court appearances
• Encourage attorney, court, and community support by educating same
• Work with community resources to develop/maintain partnerships to support program success
• Evaluate data to provide creative ideas for innovative future programming
• Evaluate programs to support efficient and effective program delivery
• Participate in continued legal education as required by the Missouri Bar
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary/Benefits: Salary range - $72,500 - $87,500
