Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong research and analytical abilities, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients affected by medical malpractice. Trial experience and familiarity with medical terms are essential.

Responsibilities:
Advise and counsel clients
Review medical records
Consult with medical experts to develop case theories
Draft lawsuits and motions
Take and defend depositions
Litigate cases in court
Negotiate settlements and liens

Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate and license to practice law in Illinois and Missouri, or licensed in one jurisdiction and willing to take the bar in the other
2+ years of experience practicing law, with at least 1 year of deposition and trial experience
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Strong research and analytical skills
Negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of medical terms

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working in medical malpractice/personal injury law
Physician deposition experience
Jury trial experience
