Hamilton Weber LLC is seeking two litigation attorneys with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the areas of commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense. 

Successful candidates will perform the following duties:

• Draft/revise responsive pleadings and other related motion practice;
• Substantial involvement in written discovery, including preparing, reviewing, and responding to discovery;
• Litigation research projects; 
• Prepare pre-trial motions, including motions for summary judgment, motions to strike or exclude, motions in limine, and other dispositive motions;
• Draft direct and cross-examination outlines;
• Take and defend party and fact witness depositions; 
• Research and identify potential expert witnesses; and
• Trial preparation and trial second chair assistance.

Qualified candidates must have a distinguished academic record, relevant work experience, excellent research and writing skills, superior work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.

Must be licensed to practice in Missouri.
