JOB SUMMARY
Kutak Rock LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Kansas City office. This role will work with partners, associates, and clients in a busy litigation practice and will be actively involved in the firm's expanding regional and national Insurance litigation practice.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school in the United States required
Currently admitted to practice in Missouri or Kansas or be willing to be admitted in both states within the first year of employment required, active bar license(s) must be and remain in good standing
Preference will be given to those with strong academic credentials, a judicial clerkship, law review experience, and/or a demonstrated ability to play a substantive, supportive role in all aspects of complex litigation

Position Information
Salary Range: $120,000- $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
Position Status: Exempt
