Troppito Miller Griffin, LLC is seeking to hire an associate attorney.

We are searching for applicants that meet the following criteria:
- 1-5 years of litigation experience;
- Licensed in Missouri and Kansas;
- Strong academic background;
- Strong writing skills;
- Self-motivated;
- Experience in construction litigation is preferred, but not necessary.

Work will consist of drafting petitions, motions, briefs and other necessary documents, handling discovery, performing legal research, taking depositions and trying cases.

Compensation includes salary and performance bonuses.
