We have an immediate opening in our St. Louis office for a Tax Credit Associate with three to five years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance, New Market Tax Credits, as well as other tax credit transactions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, attention to detail, responsiveness and resourcefulness, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively. Candidates should have a Missouri license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
