With a focus on automobile and premises liability, professional malpractice, and employment discrimination, our firm provides high-quality legal representation in complex cases.


Position Overview:
The Associate Attorney will play a key role in all stages of litigation. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and writing to develop case strategies and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Investigating the facts of cases to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective case management.
- Preparing for and presenting arguments in court hearings.
- Managing and overseeing the progression of litigation files from inception to resolution.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Collaborating with clients and expert witnesses to gather and evaluate evidence.
- Assisting senior attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, drafting trial briefs, and strategizing legal arguments.

Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Missouri.
- Some experience in civil litigation is preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in investigation, research, writing, and analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for working with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
- Ability to handle a demanding workload while maintaining attention to detail.
