City Utilities is seeking qualified applicants for the in-house position of Legal/Regulatory Counsel. Under the direction of the Vice President – Chief Legal Officer, handles all legal and regulatory matters including litigation, contract review and negotiation and claims investigations involving the Utility. Acts as legal advocate or advisor concerning legal rights and obligations of the Utility. Candidate should be willing to learn and practice in new and various areas of law. Minimum of five years’ experience as a practicing attorney.

Salary: Minimum $2,303.65 weekly; Midpoint $2,937.15 weekly.
