Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in all stages of cases, from initial consultation to resolution, and will make court appearances as part of the Arbeiter & Welker team.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Represent clients in court and administrative hearings.
Participate in client meetings and case strategy sessions.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
Maintain client relationships and ensure clear communication.


Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Missouri State Bar.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
