The Attorney would be primarily responsible for managing the real estate portfolio of Orscheln Industries and will work collaboratively with members of the in-house legal team to handle general commercial matters to support all facets of legal services of a diverse group of companies.

A candidate must have a Juris Doctorate and should be licensed in Missouri in good standing. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience with a particular focus in transactional work, including buying, selling, leasing, insurance, development and related transactional work. In addition, any experience in commercial transactions, compliance, environmental law and/or intellectual property is desired. Familiarity working with local governments and regulatory agencies is beneficial. A training program and orientation period will be utilized upon hiring.
Candidates must be able to work independently, productively and as team players with other attorneys and legal staff to support the various business units of Orscheln Industries.
