Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will manage a full caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution, conducting client consultations and developing tailored case strategies. Responsibilities also include representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. The attorney will draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and settlement agreements while maintaining timely and professional communication with clients throughout the case.

Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and possess active bar membership in both Kansas and Missouri. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience practicing family law is required. The position demands excellent litigation, negotiation, and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
