Responsibilities include:
• Participating in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conducting client interviews and preparing written discovery and responses.
• Drafting legal memoranda, briefs, and case evaluations for clients.
• Appearing in court for hearings, arguments, and conferences.
• Developing litigation strategies and evaluating cases to meet client needs.

Qualifications:
• Active licensure in Missouri and Kansas (or ability to obtain promptly).
• 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Client-facing experience and trial exposure are strong pluses.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range: $80,000–$95,000, based on experience.
