RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise clients on EEOC charges and responses, including related documentation and processes
- Counsel clients on workplace discrimination issues, investigating claims, and developing strategies for resolution
- Review, draft, and update employee handbooks and company policies to ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Assist with employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and other related documentation
- Provide guidance on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, and others
- Conduct employee training on workplace policies and legal issues as needed
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and inform clients of potential impacts on the business operations
