Brown & Ruprecht, PC is seeking an entry-level 2025 law school graduate to join our dynamic civil litigation team as an associate attorney.

This position offers hands-on experience across a variety of practice areas, including construction law, bankruptcy, insurance coverage, professional liability defense, and complex commercial disputes.

Our firm also assists businesses with routine, transactional and non-litigation matters.

Responsibilities include:
• Participating in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conducting client interviews and preparing written discovery and responses.
• Drafting legal memoranda, briefs, and case evaluations for clients.
• Appearing in court for hearings, arguments, and conferences.
• Developing litigation strategies and evaluating cases to meet client needs.


Qualifications:
 • 2025 Law School Graduate
• Sat for the July 2025 bar exam in Missouri or Kansas, with results pending.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
