Responsibilities

Communicate with potential clients and evaluate the viability of referred cases

Assist in all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions

Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and discovery materials

Conduct legal research to support case strategies

Participate in client meetings and maintain effective communication

Support trial preparation, including witness prep and exhibit organization

Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and legal arguments
