What You’ll Do:
As our Associate Attorney, you’ll play a key role in representing financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters. You’ll:

Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.


What You Bring:
Licensed in Kansas (and Missouri a plus)
5+ years of experience preferred, but we’ll consider all qualified applicants
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
Bonus points for:
Multi-state licensure
Bankruptcy or collections experience
Federal licensure


Tools & Tech:
