Associate Attorney – Missouri Caseload

Withrow & Brunson, PLLC is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to assist with managing our Missouri caseload.

Position Overview

This role involves representing clients in the recovery of outstanding debts through litigation, negotiation, and enforcement of judgments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling a high-volume caseload.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
- Initiate and manage lawsuits to recover owed debts
- Negotiate settlements and enforce court judgments (e.g., wage garnishments)
- Analyze accounts and prepare legal documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, and court personnel

Qualifications & Requirements

- Active license to practice law in Missouri
- Willingness to travel for court appearances 2–3 days per week
- Availability for an in-person or virtual interview
- Missouri residency preferred but not required
- Background or experience in collections law is a plus
- Position may be full-time or part-time
