Assistant Prosecutors are responsible for handling felony and misdemeanor cases though out the entire judicial process, from making charging decisions to jury trials. Assistant Prosecutors are required to be on-call one week per month for the filing of weekend charges, and applications for search warrants.

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri.
Trial Experience required.
Criminal Prosecution or Defense preferred.

Starting salary ranges from $80,000 – $92,500 based on experience.
