This full-time, in-office role will handle a current family law caseload of 30–40 active files with dedicated paralegal support.
The attorney will manage all aspects of family law cases—including divorce, custody, support, paternity, and modifications—while providing prompt communication and strong courtroom representation.
The position requires solid litigation and trial skills, organized case management, and reliable client contact.
Compensation is based on experience and may be structured as a traditional salary or as a contingency/percentage model through the attorney’s own LLC operating as a 1099 with benefits.
