We are seeking an attorney for a full time position who has a desire to help people. The right candidate will be confident in handling a full caseload while delivering high-quality legal work, as well as compassion and kindness to clients.

No prior estate planning expeirience is necessary. However, you must have the ability to problem solve, adapt quickly and think on your feet. It is also helpful to have a deep understanding of what families face as they age or lose a loved one.

This is a full-time position for a Missouri Attorney, located in Kirkwood, Missouri.

The Attorney will provide legal advice and guidance to clients, handle matters related to estate planning; Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and property Deeds. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients and the drafting and reviewing of estate plan documents.


Compensation:  $100,000/year salary with health insurance and 401k.


Qualifications:
Great interaction with clients, kind, sincere, warm, willingness to help others
Experience in providing legal advice
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active state bar license in Missouri
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, however ask for advice when needed
Previous experience in estate planning is a plus but not necessary
