on the facts and the law; represents the State of Missouri at docket
calls, jury trials, and grand jury proceedings; manages assigned cases;

$73,403 - $78,686
Two (2) years or more of relevant legal
experience eligible to enter as APA II. Salary commensurate with
relevant experience. Assistant Prosecuting Attorney II: $92,435 -
$99,112
Status: Full-time, exempt, benefited
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree
Valid license to practice law in the State of Missouri
Preferred Qualifications: Two years’ prosecuting experience
Annual Salary Range: $73,403 - $99,112
