We are looking for a high-performing associate attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our Corporate/Transactional Department, with a concentration in commercial banking and finance. This is an opportunity for a motivated associate to step into meaningful responsibility early, work directly with experienced partners, and play a key role in sophisticated, market-driven transactions.The ideal candidate has experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in commercial finance matters, including loan documentation, review of real estate and other collateral matters, and transaction-level due diligence. More importantly, we are seeking someone who thinks like a business lawyer—an associate who enjoys solving complex issues, anticipates client needs, and delivers practical, solutions-oriented advice.

You will manage multiple matters with increasing autonomy, draft and negotiate core deal documents, and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients. Strong judgment, drafting skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity are essential. We value associates who are proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow into long-term client relationships and leadership roles within the firm.
