The Planned Giving Consultant works with organizational leadership to develop, grow and manage a planned giving program supporting Assemblies of God and other like-minded ministries. This role focuses on building long-term philanthropic support through donor advised funds, trusts, endowments, charitable gift annuities and other legacy gifts in response to planned giving requests from constituents through seminars, individual consultations and personal visits. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a CAP, CFP, JD or similar.

• Implement a comprehensive planned giving program aligned with organizational goals
• Promote the services and ministry of AGF as a planned giving and loan certificate representative, raising resources for Assemblies of God ministries
• Identify and qualify prospective planned giving donors
• Cultivate, solicit and steward donors interested in legacy and deferred gifts
• Assist donors in understanding planned giving options and aligning gifts with their philanthropic goals via individual consultations and personal visits
• Maintain accurate records for individuals and organizations receiving assistance
