J. Rench Law Firm, LLC in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated family law attorney to become part of our team!
We are a growing family law firm focused on divorce, child custody, child support, and the division of more complex assets. Our practice offers clients both in-court and out-of-court divorce process options, such as litigation, collaborative law, and mediation. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to learn and grow in all of these areas.
This firm offers a family centered approach to divorcing clients in a down to earth environment. As a boutique firm we also prioritize work/life balance. This position is a good fit for an attorney with 1-3 years experience, but willing to train of a recent law school graduate or an attorney without family law experience for the right candidate with a passion for helping families through divorce.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft legal documents for filing in court.
Correspondence with attorneys, court personnel, and clients.
Assist in the negotiation of settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients.
Collaborate with firm partner to develop case strategy.
Prepare for and attend court hearings.
Manage and prioritize multiple cases while keeping case files updated.
Perform administrative duties as necessary, including filing, mailing organizing files and pleadings.
Conduct legal research.
Conduct mediation sessions (if desired, will train the right candidate).
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Structure is base salary + discretionary bonuses for productivity/profitability. We want to reward you for your contributions!
