We are seeking a motivated and experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our growing practice in St. Charles, Missouri. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and work closely with clients through all stages of criminal proceedings.


Responsibilities include:

Representing clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal matters

Handling court appearances, hearings, motions, and trials

Communicating effectively with clients, prosecutors, and court personnel

Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings

Managing cases from intake through resolution


Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active Missouri Bar license in good standing

Prior criminal law experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)

Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
