This is a fast-paced practice ideal for a candidate seeking hands-on litigation experience, meaningful courtroom exposure, and long-term growth within a growing firm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Legal research and drafting of pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Court appearances and hearings (as permitted by license/status)
• Arguing motions when appropriate
• Client communication and case preparation
• Trial and hearing preparation
• Managing a high-volume caseload with supervision as appropriate

Qualifications:
• Either:   •  Current 3L law student with J.D. expected in 2026, or  Licensed attorney with 0–2 years of experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in family law and/or criminal defense
• Willingness to travel, as the firm practices in multiple counties

Practice Area & Location:
The firm practices predominantly in Pike, Lincoln and Saint Charles Counties; however, we do travel as far north as Marion County and as far west as Montgomery County.
