What we need:

We want a professional who is enthusiastic and wants to learn to take on a wide range of ligation responsibilities.



The ideal candidate:

• Has a J.D. and strong academic credentials from an accredited law school;

• Is licensed or willing to become licensed in Missouri (Illinois optional);

• Has strong writing skills;

• Has some experience in civil litigation.



What the associate attorney does:
Our vision for this position is someone who with training can learn to tackle a number of litigation responsibilities for our clients, such as:

• Conducting legal research;

• Preparing legal pleadings;

• Drafting legal briefs and memoranda;

• Attending court hearings;

• Helping prepare written discovery;

• Taking and defending depositions;

• Assisting senior attorneys with these tasks as well preparation for trial.
