Luby Law Firm is a Civil Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation and Criminal Defense litigation firm is seeking Trial lawyers to join its expanding litigation team.

Immediate need and work is available as firm has multiple jury trials in the coming months.



Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft discoveries, pleadings, and motions
• Monitor case progress
• Prepare and participate in jury trials
• Continuously communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
• Court appearances as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-5 plus years’ experience handling personal injury claims preferred
• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Courtroom motion practice experience preferred


Compensation and Benefits:

Luby Law Firm offers competitive compensation, compensation is negotiable, part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

State licenses in other states including Illinois, Texas, and as the firm practices at a nationally and is opening out of State offices.
