OPENING FOR AN ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY POSITION

Partner for “AV” Clayton Law Firm is seeking a full-time associate attorney. The attorney applicant must be licensed to practice law in Missouri and willing to obtain a license to practice law in Illinois, in the Federal District Courts of Missouri and Illinois, and, if necessary, to seek admission with the 8th and 7th Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. The practice areas of law include an emphasis in civil litigation, business litigation and organizations, family/domestic relations practice, military, and veteran’s legal issues.

The qualifications that the candidate must possess involve willingness to engage in substantial client contact, excellent research and writing skills, litigation skills, and computer and IT skills. The law firm uses the Lexis-Nexis computerized legal research platform.

Salary is commensurate with abilities and a benefit package is available.

This is a full-time, in-office position.
