Behr, McCarter, & Neely Group P.C. seeks an experienced litigation attorney with 3-6 years of experience in one more of the following areas:

Legal Malpractice Defense
Personal Injury Defense
Post Trial & Appeals
Construction Law & Litigation

An ideal candidate would have experience with taking depositions, reporting to insurance companies, locating and vetting experts, interviewing witnesses, serving and analyzing discovery and medical exhibits as well as proficiency in research and writing.

A portable book of business is not required. This position is based out of St. Louis, MO and is not a virtual position. Candidates are expected to be licensed to practice law in Missouri and preferably Illinois or have the ability to become licensed in Illinois in the near future.
