Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd. with offices in Belleville and Edwardsville, Illinois and Clayton, Missouri is seeking an experienced and highly motivated attorney to join its transactional practice group.

This is a shareholder track position that offers a competitive salary and bonus system based upon merit and productivity.

The ideal candidate should have three years of substantive experience, to include:
• Drafting Business-related agreements;
• Entity Formation and Transactions;
• Sales and acquisitions;
• Real Estate transactions;
• Estate Planning

J.D. degree required. Competitive salary and bonus based upon merit and productivity.

An Illinois or Missouri license is required, and the successful applicant must be willing to obtain the additional license if they do not already have both.
