The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and handle all phases of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and deposition outlines; assisting with trial preparation and providing in-court support; and managing deadlines and case files.

Experience in civil litigation—especially personal injury or workers’ compensation—is preferred but not required.
