About the Position:

• On-site position requiring you to be in our St. Louis County offices
• Manage trust and estate administration project lists
• Prepare estate tax and gift tax returns
• Drafting of estate planning documents and correspondence
• Tax coordination and review
• Trust and estate administration and related Court filings
• Organize electronic materials and maintain client files pursuant to systems and procedures
• Keep team members informed on a consistent basis of new or changing issues


Skills & Background Required:

• Law School and Undergraduate degree with strong GPA required; must be admitted to practice in Missouri (other US state licensing considered)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate, compose documents and emails in fluent English with appropriate business style using correct grammar and spelling; proficiency in detailed proof-reading
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Acrobat and tax preparation software
