We are looking for attorneys with 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, insurance law, and/or general litigation. Qualified candidates are those who excel in both creative legal strategies and meticulous analytical work. Your role will involve investigating and analyzing personal injury and insurance matters, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions and written discovery, and conducting and defending depositions. Depending on experience, candidates will also be involved in client counseling, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. We want you to help provide compassionate counseling to clients, fight insurance companies, and obtain the best results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative legal strategies for personal injury cases and insurance disputes.
• Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to support case development and litigation.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in personal injury and insurance law.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery and briefs.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Missouri.
• Genuine interest in personal injury and insurance law, with a demonstrated commitment to helping individuals who have been physically or financially injured by others.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex legal issues.
• Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to remain in Mid-Missouri preferred.
