We are seeking a visionary and experienced Executive Director to lead the Missouri CASA Association, a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to supporting court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so they may thrive in safe, permanent homes. The Executive Director will report to the Board of Directors and will work closely with the Board, staff, local CASA programs, and stakeholders to expand impact and awareness, strengthen partnerships, and secure sustainable funding. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for children, a skilled communicator, and a proven leader with experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, grants, and community engagement.

The Executive Director will oversee financial stewardship, organizational development, and local program evaluation, ensuring alignment with National CASA standards and long-term strategic goals. Responsibilities include leading fundraising efforts, cultivating donor relationships, managing high-performing staff, representing the organization at public events, and maintaining positive relationships with state agencies, legislators, and the judiciary. Candidates should have strong leadership and strategic planning skills, a track record of successful fundraising, and a deep commitment to the CASA mission. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful, statewide impact by promoting the future of programs that advocate for and empower the next generation.

Salary: $80,000

This is a full-time position.

JD or Masters degree preferred but not required.
