Represent both plaintiff and defense clients in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims
Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies
Work with other attorney's on complex litigation and class action matters

What We’re Looking For:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Missouri bar license (Kansas bar also preferred) with admission to the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas federal courts.
2+ years of experience in employment law, preferably in a law firm setting
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Excellent judgment and a proactive, client-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
