Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will handle mortgage‑related litigation on behalf of mortgage lenders. This role provides the opportunity to develop strong litigation skills with the support of experienced attorneys.


Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to coordinate effective case management
• Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda
• Review and analyze client documents and case materials
• Attend legal proceedings and provide legal analysis with support from experienced attorneys
• Maintain regular communication with clients and deliver exceptional client service
• Manage a substantive and active caseload


Qualifications
• Must be licensed by the Missouri Bar and be willing to obtain Kansas and Kentucky licensure
• 0–3 years of experience in real estate or related practice areas preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with frequent client contact
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Highly organized and detail oriented
