Sader Law Firm, LLC a leading Kansas City, Missouri Bankruptcy Firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate attorney preferably with collection and/or landlord/tenant experience. We will train the right individual.

The caseload will consist of representing Commercial Landlords and other creditors in collection matters, lease reviews and negotiations.

The position does not allow for regular remote working days, but can allow remote working sporadically upon reasonable request.

The successful applicant will have: licenses in both Missouri and Kansas (or commitment to obtain both asap); outstanding people skills; excellent research, writing and proofreading skills; organizational ability; ability to work with numbers; near-term availability; and, be a self-starter with ambition and drive.

Salary range begins in the $80’s and is negotiable based upon experience.
