The successful candidate will have autonomy for their cases from answer to final resolution by trial, settlement, or dispositive motion.

We’re seeking an experienced Claims Litigation Attorney to independently manage a diverse caseload involving complex homeowners, personal injury, and property damage litigation, as well as uninsured and underinsured motorist matters.

This role handles all phases of litigation—from case analysis and discovery to depositions, motions, mediations, and trial.

The attorney will provide legal guidance to Claims teams, communicate regularly with clients, and support training efforts. Remote, hybrid, or in‑office work options are available, with most cases based in western Missouri.

Seven or more years of litigation experience and first‑chair jury trial experience are required.
