Responsibilities:
- Review reports submitted by law enforcement to determine if/what criminal charges should be filed.
- Handle criminal cases from inception to trial

Appear in court to handle routine docket calls, bond hearings,
probation violations/revocation hearings, as well as bench/ jury trials.
- Draft, file and argue motions
- Communicate with victims and witnesses
- Attend depositions
- Serve as on-call prosecutor on a rotating schedule to handle after hour filings and search warrants requests.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from ABA-accredited law school
- Familiarity with case management system “Karpel” is preferred, but not required.
Salary/Benefits:
- Starting salary is negotiable based on previous experience
