Lawyers Can Evaluate Non-Partisan Judges Now Through March 31
All Missouri Bar members in good standing can now evaluate those individual judges seeking retention on the bench this year under the state's non-partisan court plan by participating in the 2010 Judicail Performance Evaluation Survey. The results of the evaluation will be forwarded to the committees that will be reviewing the performance of these judges. Those committees will make their recommendations public on September 1, so that voters may cast an informed judicial ballot when they enter the voting booth on November 2. To evaluate judges serving your area, click here. You may access the survey through March 31. (FAQ)
